  • 1. Caused by chip jumping, chip blockage, jamming, etc.;
  • 2. Improper feeding, cut in half;
  • 3. Insufficient punch strength;
  • 4. The big and small punches are too close to each other, and the material is pulled during punching, causing the small punch to break;
  • 5. The part of the convex mold and the concave mold is too sharp;
  • 6. The blanking gap is too small;
  • 7. There is no stamping oil or the metal stamping oil used is more volatile;
  • 8. The blanking gap is uneven and offset, and the convex and concave molds interfere;
  • 9. The precision of the stripping insert is poor or worn, and the precision guiding function is lost;
  • 10. Inaccurate mold orientation and wear;
  • 11. Improper selection of convex and concave mold materials and improper hardness;
  • 12. The guide material (pin) wears out;
  • 13. Improper addition of gaskets.


  • 1. Solve the problems of jumping chips, chip blockage, jamming, etc.;
  • 2. Pay attention to the feeding, trim the material belt in time, and clean the mold in time;
  • 3. Modify the design to increase the overall strength of the punch, reduce the size of the straight edge of the die, pay attention to the slope or arc on the edge of the punch, and cut back the small part;
  • 4. The length of the small punch is shorter than that of the large punch with more than one material thickness;
  • 5. Modify the design;
  • 6. Control the machining accuracy of convex and concave molds or modify the design gap, and increase the punching gap of small parts appropriately
  • 7. Adjust the amount of stamping company oil drops or change the oil type;
  • 8. Check the accuracy of each forming part, and adjust or replace it to control the processing accuracy;
  • 9. Research or replacement;
  • 10. Replace the guide post and guide sleeve, pay attention to daily maintenance;
  • 11. Change the materials used and use appropriate hardness;
