Since the beginning of June, Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co. KG, also known as Meusburger Standard Moulds, has been presenting itself to the on-line world through a completely revised website. The focus is on clear layout and design, as well as on providing mould making industry customers user-friendly access to information.
The newly designed home page is available in eight languages. Visitors to the site will find a clear overview of the sales organization, including all important contacts. Picture galleries and short films are available, along with important downloads, all in a clear display.
Meusburger seems to have succeeded in its aim to set new standards for its customer service. “We have had a lot of feedback telling us that the home page impresses with its clearer layout,” reports Markus Scheffknecht, head of marketing. “The feedback about the Meusburger portal was particularly positive.”
The new portal offers all customers personal access to everything having to do with Meusburger. Current quotations, pending orders, and information about expected deliveries can all be found on a single page. In addition, the portal now provides direct access to the on-line catalogue, including all customer-specific data and conditions, as well as the option of ordering trade fair tickets free of charge.
The portal can be reached via mouse click from each page of the Meusburger website. “Just enter your e-mail address and password and click on Login,” Markus Scheffknecht advises customers. Their personal data will be immediately displayed. “That is modern customer service from Meusburger,” concludes Scheffknecht.
