Dongguan hydraulic press manufacturer analyzes the detailed parameters of the centrifugal seal structure of the bow-type hydraulic press.
①The combined structure of the back blade and the auxiliary impeller: When the auxiliary impeller or the back blade rotates in the conveyed medium, it needs to consume a certain amount of power because it has to overcome the friction between its wall surface and the medium. Therefore, the efficiency of pumps with or without auxiliary impellers or with or without back vanes will vary. Since the power consumption of the auxiliary impeller or the back blade is proportional to the fifth power of its outer diameter, it is generally not suitable to adopt a scheme with an excessive outer diameter. When making a single back blade solution, if the outer diameter of the back blade is too large, it is better to install the back blade and the auxiliary impeller at the same time. When the sealing head is required to be large and the structure permits, a two-stage auxiliary impeller can be considered or the solution of setting back blades and two-stage auxiliary impeller at the same time can be considered.
②Bearing and axial force Since the back vane can reduce the pressure of the rear pump cavity, it can be used to balance the axial force of the pump, thereby reducing the axial load of the bearing.
Since the pressure on the light back side of the auxiliary impeller is higher than the pressure on the parking seal side, the auxiliary impeller also plays a role in balancing the axial force. Since the size and direction of the axial force of the pump will change after the auxiliary impeller is used for sealing, specific calculations must be made when selecting the bearings. In the transformation of the shaft seal of the old pump, there may be a structural scheme of sealing the balance hole one by one impeller. In this case, special attention should be paid to the change in the size and direction of the axial force of the pump, and the selected bearing and its structure must adapt to this change.
③ Experiments on blade form and number of blades show that the blade shape of the back blade or auxiliary impeller has little effect on the sealing head generated by it, so radial blades are usually used to simplify the manufacturing process. The number of blades is usually 6-8, depending on the size of the impeller. Some impellers have more than 10 blades due to their large size.
