Why are there different models of punches

Because there are many types of punches, the common ones are J21 and J23. Why are there so many types of punches? The punch factory will explain in detail so that everyone can better understand the punch.

There are many types of punch presses. This is mainly due to the different processing requirements. Take the common J21, J23 and J21S as an example. J21 is an open fixed table, that is, the punch base and the table body are integrated and the work table is parallel. Can not move forwards and backwards; J23 is an open tilting type, which is the opposite of the previous one. The body is fixed in a fixed arc chute on the base of the machine with bolts. The direction of the table can be adjusted according to the ease of operation. Front or back tilt; J21S is an open deep throat. This type of punch is suitable for stamping products with a relatively large die area. The main tool is that the front and back of the die are relatively wide, and other punches cannot be put in, so it is called deep throat. From the introduction of these three punch parameters, it can be seen that the worktable of the J21 can only be kept horizontal, while the body of the J23 punch can be tilted, and the J21S punch can use some special molds.

Therefore, a fixed model is planned in the production of punch presses to distinguish punch presses with different functions, and it has become a general punch press price factory introduced punch model standards.
